Sassoferrato is a town on the edge of the Apennines that dates back to Roman times and has a number of monuments and museums to visit. There are also a number of nearby towns of great interest such as Gubbio and Perugia, as well as The Frasassi Caves at Genga and enchanting countryside where absolute tranquillity reigns.
