Sterleto is an outlying area of the medieval town of Pergola that is 30 kms from the Adriatic Sea and 20 kms from the Apennines and dates back to 1246. It has a number of monuments and museums to visit. In a radius of around 30 kms there are also Urbino – the city of Raphael, Gubbio – city of Saint Francis, Perugia and the stalactites and stalagmites of the Frasassi caves at Genga.
The house is in a green and tranquil area with a garden, and has a live-in kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, a balcony reading area, two bedrooms, and a covered outdoor terrace. It is supplied with bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, television and parking space - everything that's needed for a pleasant stay. Small pets welcome. |
